Yup, I always bring an interrupt. PvE, Pvp, doesn't matter. Interrupt is crucial, especially if you're going to be using Broad Head.

Why?
You do understand that if you Dshot a spell on a BHA'd target, the spell will get interrupted but it won't get disabled, right?

Still, if the AoE of Epidemic isn't enough to cover all enemies you could get the bonus from D-Shot aswell if used on a spammable skill. Although I use Savage Shot for the ones that aren't spammable, if it's something nothing's near and I need an IAS attack to take out the skill.

I run nearly the same build, but with [[poison tip signet] instead of [[i am the strongest] .

Yes, but just because you use epidemic doesn't mean you're going to get every single enemy. And it doesn't hurt.

Imo that shout is a waste. Better take Pain Inverter or You Move Like a Dwarf.
YMLaD + BHA + Epidemic = pure win of awesometon.

I like ["You Move Like a Dwarf!"] / [Pain Inverter] on my BHA instead of ["I am the Strongest"] / [Sunspear Rebirth Signet]

I'm not a big fan of [Epidemic] - "adjacent" is too small an area to be really effective - it works, just not well or often enough to justify a skill slot.
You could (to some extent) replace [broad head arrow] + [epidemic] with [technobabble]

Thanks for the input. I don't think I have unlocked YMLAD but I'll look into it. I also might take out my res too. I don't seem to use it too much with my h/h; they always res or we just get wiped. If I was R/Mo then I guess Rebirth would be better.
@ Quaker. Technobabble is a spell so it will cost me all 15 energy to use. The Daze only last for six seconds at max rank and my Asura Rank is only four so it will last probably like three or four seconds. The recharge is 18 seconds... With my Silencing String and BHA I get roughly 20+ seconds. Also I like to be able to use it on caster bosses; it helps a lot. Technobabble doesn't work on bosses.

I hope you're being sarcastic. More energy, less daze, based on a PvE title.

I run BHA + Epidemic with Apply Poison to stack another condition on top of dazed, which just gives it a bit more oomph and staying power.
I also take Pain Inverter and a minion master hero for the instagib factor.
Even if the mobs aren't packed close enough for Epidemic to do its thing, multiple eles can still be dealt with simultaneously. One gets BHA'd, whilst the second gets a Pain Inverter and is allowed to let rip into my group + minions - more often than not, it blows up after the first AoE spell it gets off. This usually leaves me free to plink away at a third caster with my two interrupts, assuming the melee attackers are keeping the dazed caster(s) at bay.
